A client account
Produce content, follow tasks and review by permission in the client app; keys and server addresses never appear on the phone.

An instance licence
If you are deploying it yourself, registration is only step one — the actual licence comes from a card key issued on our side.

Your data
Accounts and content live in the database of your own instance; we keep no business data.
If you do not have a card key yet, or the business server address is not wired up, registration returns a clear message instead of failing silently.
